Do you do free quotes?

 

Yes - give us a call to arrange an appointment to come and see the job and discuss options.

 

When is payment due?

 

This depends on the type of the job:

 

- if its a large job, we take a deposit to cover costs of materials used and then final payment on invoice once the job has been completed.

 

- for small jobs e.g. lawns, hedges etc - payment on being invoiced

Do I need to be ay home when work is being done?

 

No - Sheppard Section Services have an experienced team who can carry out the work you have specified while you are not present at your property.

 

Do you remove all the rubbish created by your work?

 

Yes - once we have completed mowing your lawns, trimming your hedges and pruning trees - we will remove all the rubbish created by our work.  We will mulch smaller branches etc, and can either use the mulch on your property or move it to a storage you nominate on the section that it came from.

We can also negotiate to remove other rubbish lying around on your section.
